In my usual (and unusual for being a one-time media studies academic) late-adoption approach, I am scrambling to understand more than a couple basic things about AI. Dabbling in gig-work for AI expertise training/stumping projects, I have a lot of catch-up to get what/how I'm doing/ working with.
Wharton innovation prof @emollick.bsky.social 's book CO-INTELLIGENCE: LIVING AND WORKING WITH AI, has been so helpful for vocab, processes, history, mystery, examples, and ethics. Very accessible to me, a late adaptor and reluctant tech-comprehender. (I got from my local public library.) Recommend.
